Roisin Marcella Conaty is an English actress, comedian, and writer. She was born in Camden, London, on March 26, 1979, to Irish parents who met in London. Conaty was raised with her younger sister, Siobhan, and they used to spend summers in Ireland in County Kerry and County Cork.
Roisin was always interested in the movie industry, and with the support of her parents, she studied film at Middlesex University. At the beginning of her career, Conaty had several office jobs before starting her comedy career at the age of 24.
